05 / DEVELOPMENT
Behind the project.
This is independently developed and produced using an AI-assisted animation workflow. I handle the creative direction and production process, from developing concepts and scripts to establishing character designs, generating keyframes, producing animated sequences, and completing the final edit.
The workflow combines image and video generation with quality control, image processing, upscaling, editing, and audio production. Particular attention is given to visual consistency, character identity, and maintaining a recognizable style across individual videos.
